These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website at https://www.ddacorp.com/ (the “Site”) operated by Dynamic Digital (“Dynamic Digital,” “DDA,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

The Site describes digital marketing, software development, design, and related professional services that Dynamic Digital may offer. Content on the Site is for general informational purposes and does not constitute a binding offer.

Any engagement for services is governed by a separate written agreement, statement of work, or proposal between you and Dynamic Digital. If there is a conflict between these Terms and that agreement, the agreement controls for the services described there.

Estimates, forms, and scheduling

Project estimates generated through the Site are informational only and are not a quote, bid, or contract. Actual pricing, scope, and timelines are confirmed only in a written proposal or agreement.

By submitting a contact form, estimate form, or booking a consultation, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that we may use it to respond to your inquiry as described in our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual property

The Site and its content—including text, graphics, logos, images, and layout—are owned by Dynamic Digital or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written consent, except for limited personal, non-commercial viewing of the Site.

Courts located in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania (or the federal courts for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania) shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or the Site, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
