How Dynamic Digital collects, uses, and shares information when you visit our website or interact with our tools.

Last updated: July 30, 2026

Introduction

Dynamic Digital (“Dynamic Digital,” “DDA,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the website at https://www.ddacorp.com/ (the “Site”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information when you visit the Site or interact with features on it.

By using the Site, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or submit personal information through it.

Information we collect

We collect information you choose to provide and limited technical information related to how the Site is delivered.

  • Project estimate form: When you use our estimate wizard, we collect your name, email address, company name, project selections (such as type, size, features, and related estimate details), and the date and time of submission.
  • Contact form: When you submit the contact form, we collect your name, email address, company name, optional phone number, and message.
  • Bot protection: The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to help prevent automated spam. Cloudflare may process technical information such as IP address, browser type, and device information to verify that a submission is from a human visitor.
  • Meeting scheduling: When you book a consultation through our scheduling tool (CalDate), you provide the details requested in that booking flow (typically name, email, and related scheduling information). We may also pass page URL and page title metadata to the scheduling provider so the booking context is clear.
  • Chat assistant: If you use the Site’s chat widget (powered by Google Dialogflow), messages you type—which may include personal information you choose to share—are processed to provide responses.
  • Website analytics: We use Google Analytics to collect usage information such as pages visited, time spent on pages, referring sites, approximate location, device and browser type, and similar metrics that help us understand how visitors use the Site.
  • Automatic technical data: Third-party services that help deliver the Site (for example Google Fonts and embedded tools) may process technical information such as IP address, browser type, and device information as part of normal web delivery.

How we use information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to inquiries and provide project estimates
  • Schedule and prepare for consultations
  • Operate, maintain, and improve the Site and our services
  • Measure traffic, engagement, and performance so we can understand what content is useful and improve the visitor experience
  • Communicate with you about services you have requested
  • Comply with legal obligations and protect our rights

How we share information

We share information with service providers that help us run our business, only as needed for those purposes:

  • Customer relationship management (CRM): Estimate and contact form submissions are sent to our CRM via a secure webhook so our team can follow up on your request.
  • Cloudflare Turnstile: Contact form submissions are checked with Cloudflare’s bot-protection service before we process them. Technical data used for that check is handled according to Cloudflare’s privacy practices.
  • CalDate: Scheduling information is processed by CalDate to book and manage meetings.
  • Google: Chat interactions are processed through Google Dialogflow. Website usage data is processed by Google Analytics. Font requests may be handled by Google’s font delivery network.
  • Other service providers: We may use vendors who support hosting, operations, or communications, under appropriate confidentiality obligations.
  • Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Dynamic Digital, our users, or others.

We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies and local storage

We and our service providers use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Site and to collect analytics about how it is used. Google Analytics cookies and related technologies may collect information such as pages viewed, interactions, device characteristics, and approximate location.

The Site may also use browser local or session storage for limited interface preferences (for example, remembering a cookie-preference acknowledgment). That data stays in your browser and is not used to identify you across other sites.

Third-party embeds—such as CalDate, Google Dialogflow, and Cloudflare Turnstile—may set their own cookies or similar technologies according to their policies. We do not control those third-party technologies.

You can control cookies through your browser settings, including blocking or deleting cookies. Doing so may affect how some Site features work or how accurately we can measure usage. You can also learn more about Google’s practices and controls at https://policies.google.com/privacy and https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

Data retention

We retain inquiry and lead information for as long as needed to respond to your request, maintain a business relationship, and pursue legitimate business interests (such as recordkeeping and follow-up), unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.

Analytics data is retained according to our Google Analytics property settings and Google’s retention policies for that service.

Information processed by third parties (including CalDate and Google) is retained according to those providers’ own policies and settings.

Your choices and rights

You may choose not to submit personal information through the estimate form, contact form, scheduling tool, or chat widget. Some Site features may not work without that information.

You can limit or disable cookies through your browser settings. You may also use Google’s Analytics opt-out browser add-on where available, and review third-party cookie choices for embedded tools (such as CalDate and Dialogflow) via those providers’ settings.

If you would like to access, correct, or request deletion of personal information you have submitted to us through the Site, contact us using the details below. We will respond as required by applicable law and as reasonably practicable.

Children’s privacy

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.

Third-party links and embeds

The Site may link to or embed third-party services. Those services have their own privacy practices. This Privacy Policy does not cover how those third parties collect or use your information. We encourage you to review their policies before providing personal information.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated policy.
