DDA had designed the original Nexus site in 2009 with Flash-based navigation that browsers increasingly blocked. Google’s mobile-first indexing also penalized sites without smartphone-optimized layouts. Nexus needed a modern rebuild that could scale as new garages opened across New Jersey.
Solution
We delivered a clean responsive redesign with a scrollable location header, garage-level amenities and rates, monthly parking applications and payment forms, and clear customer-service pathways. Later work added the Parker AI chatbot for common questions with live-agent handoff.
Results
Nexus customers can navigate locations, manage monthly accounts, and get support on any device—while the site stays ready to grow as new garages come online.
